Any reservation missed with no communication will result in your credit card being charged 100% of your service(s) total.
For any reservation(s) canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, your credit card will be charged 25% of your service(s) total.
IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE 24-HOUR WINDOW UPON BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION AND HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THE 25% CANCELATION FEE STILL APPLIES.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation at the last minute, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot. As a courtesy, we send text reminders & emails one day before your reservation to confirm. As we understand that life sometimes can get in the way, you are responsible for remembering your reservation dates and times to avoid any charges. This cancellation policy allows us to accommodate our waitlisted guests.
Any reservation that is for an hour and a half or longer requires a 50% deposit. We allow a 48-hour window to cancel this reservation. If the reservation is canceled after the 48-hour mark your deposit will not be returned.
If you can no longer visit The Haven and have purchased a bundle, we offer a 30-day refund policy. This means that we will charge you full price for all of the services that you have used and we will waive our $50 cancellation fee. After 30 days, you will be charged full price for all of the services that you have used, as well as, the $50 cancellation fee per bundle(s). We will then place the remaining balance on your "Haven" account which you will be free to use towards any of the services and/or products that we offer. There is no expiration on the credit that you receive.
Any topical medications that are acne-related or anti-aging-related MUST BE DISCONTINUED 10 days pre and post-waxing. IE: Retin-a, Renova, Differin, Tazorac, benzoyl perox, etc.
If using Accutane you MUST DISCONTINUE the use for a minimum of 6 months and have written consent from your doctor to wax. Please call us anytime for any questions or concerns!
Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have consent from a parent or guardian. The front desk will provide a form that MUST be signed before ANY services can be performed.
We accept CASH gratuity only! For your convenience, there is an ATM available in the store.
We would greatly appreciate it if all of our guests do their best to be on time. Again, we do understand that life sometimes can get in the way, therefore, we do offer a ten-minute grace period. However, unfortunately, part or all of your services may have to be rescheduled based on your time of arrival.
We love that we can accept most forms of major credit cards and we do not want that to change! Therefore, there is a 3.5% surcharge on all debit & credit cards. If you choose to pay in cash that surcharge will be removed.
For the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you at all times.
